Well Workplace Award

The Wellness Councils of America (WELCOA) developed the Well Workplace Awards to advance an aggressive national worksite wellness agenda. The innovative initiative recognizes quality and excellence in worksite health promotion. Driven by a pre-defined set of worksite wellness criteria, organizations compete to be recognized as one of America's Healthiest Companies.

2013—Platinum Well Workplace Award

In 2013, Standard Process received the highest level of recognition by WELCOA, the Platinum Well Workplace Award. This award is given to organizations distinguishing themselves as a leader and innovator in workplace health promotion. Standard Process focuses on prevention as the key to achieving better health. Using its chiropractic care model as the cornerstone of its wellness program, Standard Process has achieved remarkable results, demonstrating that a comprehensive worksite wellness program can improve overall employee health and help reduce company costs.


Top Workplace Award

2011 Top Workplace Award

The "Top Workplace" designation is given to leading workplaces in Southeastern Wisconsin based on employee opinions collected through anonymous employee surveys. The surveys are, conducted by Philadelphia-based research firm Workplace Dynamics for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Within the survey, employees answered questions about their workplace, including: direction, execution, career, conditions, managers, and employee benefits. Their feedback is then compared to that of other participating companies. Companies are grouped in small, midsize, and large categories based on number of employees.

For the third time, Standard Process has been named a Top Workplace in Southeastern Wisconsin. The company was also recognized with the Top Workplaces' 2013 only "Benefits" award for its extensive employee benefits package. While more than 1,000 companies were nominated to participate in the 2013 program, only 136 made the Top Workplace list.

Wisconsin Family Business of the Year Award

2011 FBA Award

The Wisconsin Family Business of the Year Award celebrates the accomplishments and contributions of family businesses that make an impact on the Wisconsin business community. The award program is sponsored by Madison-based CPA and consulting firm Smith & Gesteland; the law firm of DeWitt Ross & Stevens, also of Madison; and Associated Bank. Winners of the Wisconsin Family Business of the Year award were chosen by an independent panel of judges.

2011—Setting the Gold Standard

Standard Process received the "Setting the Gold Standard" special award for excelling as a leader in both its community and in employee relations. The company was one of four special award winners recognized for excelling in a particular area.


Corporate Social Responsibility Award

Social Responsibility Award

A core value at Standard Process is its commitment to the whole planet to use only environmentally safe farming practices. The company’s organic farming efforts earned a PR Daily Corporate Social Responsibility Award for “Best Sustainability/Green Initiative” from Ragan Communications. The award showcases best practices in corporate sustainability and rewards companies taking sustainability to new heights.

Governor's Worksite Wellness Award

The Governor's Worksite Wellness Award recognizes employers who promote a work environment that encourages and enables their employees to improve their overall health and well-being. The award, established in 2008, was designed by the Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Health. It is, given to small, medium, and large businesses at the bronze, silver, and gold levels.

Standard Process received the award as recognition for its work to control health care costs, while providing the opportunity for its workforce to be healthier, happier, and more productive in their personal and professional lives.

Inc. 5000

Inc. 5000 Award

The Inc. 5000 listing,  an extension of Inc. magazine's annual Inc. 500 list, is an elite grouping–a mere sliver of the more than seven million companies across the United States. The Inc. 5000 list is ranked according to percentage revenue growth over a four-year period. Among the qualifications, companies need to be U.S.-based, privately held, and independent–not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies.

With the company's fifth consecutive placement on the Inc. 5000 list in 2011, Standard Process earned a place on the Inc. 5000 Honor Roll, The Honor Roll is reserved for those companies that have appeared on the list five or more times.

Wisconsin 75

The Wisconsin 75 program, presented by accounting and business consulting firm Deloitte, recognizes revenue growth, business contributions to local communities, and the people who build the business. To be considered for the voluntary submission process, qualifying companies must be headquartered in Wisconsin, majority-owned by an individual(s), family, or by an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), and have a minimum of $50 million in annual sales revenue.

Nutrition Business Journal Business Achievement Awards

Nutrition Business Journal (NBJ) is a leading research, publishing and consulting company serving the nutrition, natural products, and alternative health care industries. The NBJ Business Achievements Awards were created to recognize exemplary companies and individuals in these industries. There are many award categories including: efforts on behalf of the industry; environment and sustainability; and product merit.

2011—Organic Excellence

Selected for its commitment to organic farming, Standard Process was one of two companies, and the only whole food supplement company in recent history, to receive the award. Standard Process believes in being a positive example by demonstrating to other businesses and farmers that farming organically provides valuable health benefits and can be successful on both large- and small-scale farms. In 2011, more than 6.5 million pounds of vegetables were grown on the company's 420 acres of certified organic farmland. In addition, 75 different groups, from farmers to customers, and from elementary students to college students, visited the Standard Process Farm to learn about organic farming.

2010—Investment in the Future

Representatives of NBJ selected Standard Process as an award recipient, based on the company's "strong vision for what it takes to succeed in business, as well as a strong sense of responsibility to do the right thing." Despite challenges facing today's economy, Standard Process believes that investing in its employees and manufacturing facilities is key to the company's sales growth and overall success.

2006—Investment in the Future

Standard Process was awarded this honor for our expansion project. The new addition added 100,000 square feet to its existing 160,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Additionally, an estimated 40-50 full-time employees will be added to the company.


Bulldog Reporter Award

Bulldog Reporter, a provider of public relations media intelligence, recognize the efforts of corporate communication professionals, sponsors the Bulldog Awards. The awards program celebrates excellence in strategic and tactical public relations.

Since 1963 Graphic Design USA has hosted its national competition to showcase the work of corporate marketing, design and communication departments.
