Standard Process Promotes Dean Ploch to Vice President of Business Innovation
Dean Ploch, Vice President of Business Innovation
Palmyra, WI – (April 20, 2020) – Standard Process has announced the recent promotion of its Director of Manufacturing, Dean Ploch, to the new role of Vice President of Business Innovation. Dean brings more than 20 years of manufacturing leadership experience to the role and will serve as a member of the company’s senior executive team as well as its business systems governance board. In this new position, he is responsible for the company’s IT organization and project management team that will lead business critical activities and other growth initiatives across the company.
Dean earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Prior to this role, Dean has led Standard Process manufacturing operations for the past 15 years as Director of Manufacturing, Plant Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager. He has also held previous plant leadership roles at Conagra Foods and Unilever.
Dean resides in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin with his wife, Kerri, and five children: Joseph, Abby, Connor, Nick and Brady. He enjoys spending time with his family and supporting his children’s sporting activities
