Each Serving Size (3 Capsules) contains: Calories 5, Total Carbohydrate <1 g. Proprietary Blend 1,265 mg: Fenugreek seed, okra (fruit), and rice bran. Other Ingredients: Gelatin, water, and calcium stearate.
