Event Description:
The interest in food-based nutritional supplements and ingredients, in particular mushrooms, has increased dramatically in recent years, as documentation supporting their use becomes available and substantiated. This course will review mushrooms, as well as oats and colostrum, towards understanding their active components and potential benefits to normal immune system processes. “This program has been approved for 0.5 hour of continuing education credit in jurisdictions which recognize RACE approval for veterinarians and veterinary technicians.”
