Applicability of Terms of Sale
Standard Process Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated entities (“Standard Process”) issue these terms of sale (“Terms”), which apply to all purchases of Standard Process® products, Standard Process Veterinary Formulas™ products, and MediHerb® products (“Products”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By purchasing Products from Standard Process, establishing an account with Standard Process, or by clicking to accept or agree to these Terms when presented with the option, you agree to abide by these Terms. These Terms shall apply to your purchase of Products and related services through www.standardprocess.com or any other Standard Process-related site (the “Site”). These Terms are subject to change at any time without prior written notice by Standard Process. The most recent version of these Terms shall be posted for your review at any time on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any posting of updated Terms shall constitute your acceptance of and agreement to any changes therein made.
Account Information
You will need to create an account to place orders and to have access to all parts of the Site. In creating an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) all required account information you submit is truthful and accurate, and (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such account information. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You will not share your account information or your user name and password with any third party or permit any third party to logon to the Site using your account information. You agree to notify Standard Process immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security of which you become aware. You are responsible for taking precautions and providing security measures best suited for your situation and intended use of the Site. To be eligible to create an account, you must be age 18 years or older.
Orders
Each part of an order that you submit to Standard Process constitutes an offer to make a purchase. Standard Process is not deemed to have accepted any part of your order until the requested item(s) has/have been shipped. Orders can only be made online. After Standard Process receives your order, you will receive an email from Standard Process confirming receipt of your order. Please note that Standard Process’s confirmation of receipt of your order does not equate to Standard Process’s acceptance of your order. Standard Process is not deemed to have accepted your order until the requested item(s) have been shipped and Standard Process has sent an email confirming shipment. Accepted orders will typically ship within one to three business days from Standard Process’s distribution centers. Packages are typically shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Payments Terms
Standard Process will only accept payment by credit card. When you pay for an order, Standard Process reserves the right to request additional evidence of your billing information. Please note that all payments with a debit card will be processed in the form of credit. If you contest the validity or the amount of a charge pertaining to an order from Standard Process and you believe it to be fraudulent, please contact Customer Care at 800-558-8740 or at the contact information provided under the link “Contact Us.”
Billing Errors
Some orders cannot be processed due to erroneous information that you have provided which includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect credit card number, expiration date, or security value
- Incorrect billing information
- Insufficient or incorrect information regarding your shipping address
- Suspected fraudulent information

Shipping Terms
When you place an order, it will be shipped to the address you designate as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site. Standard Process ships orders to all U.S. States as well as Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Standard Process will not ship to a freight forwarding address.
Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $8 regardless of size, weight, or distance. Standard shipping is free for orders $100 and greater. There is no minimum purchase requirement. If you would like your delivery sooner, Standard Process offers expedited shipping (except to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands) for an additional charge. You may select expedited shipping during the checkout process. When you place an order, estimated shipping costs will be provided.
Sales and Other Taxes
Product sales transactions between you and Standard Process are subject to the tax laws in each state. State and local taxes will be added to orders as applicable. Sales tax is based on the location of the purchaser. Standard Process will be responsible for collecting and submitting the sales tax to the appropriate state as required. Delivery
Estimated transit time will be provided when you place an order. Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, insufficient delivery information, strikes, refusal of delivery, etc., delivery date is not guaranteed.
Order Cancellations and Changes
To ensure that your supplements are delivered properly, all Product orders are completely packaged promptly after being received by Standard Process. Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you placed an order, you may request a return in accordance with the Standard Process Returns and Exchanges Policy (below).
Standard Process Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you need to return Products, please call Customer Care at 800-558-8740 within thirty (30) days of your order date to receive a return merchandise authorization. Returned, unopened Products must be in the original container (carton or bottle). A refund will be issued subject to inspection and, in certain situations, a handling fee may be charged.
If Products are broken or damaged upon receipt, they should be promptly reported to Standard Process. Call Customer Care as soon as you realize your order has broken or damaged bottles. Save all damaged Products, packaging material, and shipping boxes.
Auto-Renewal Option
If you enter into a Standard Process auto-renewal program, you authorize Standard Process to charge your credit card the then-current Product costs, plus any applicable taxes.
Merchandise on Backorders
Products on backorder are temporarily out of stock. If you place a backorder, your credit card will be charged at the time of the original order. Backorders are shipped as soon as the Product is in stock. When backorders are shipped, you will not incur any additional shipping charges.
External Links Policy
Links may be established from the Site to one or more external websites or resources operated by third parties. Standard Process does not control and is not responsible for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available at such third party sites.
Governing Law and Arbitration
The laws of the State of Wisconsin (excluding any principles of conflicts of laws) govern your use of the Site, the services and these Terms. You agree that the parties shall settle any claim or dispute relating to these Terms by binding arbitration in Milwaukee, Wisconsin under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Terms, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. Notwithstanding the dispute resolution requirements set forth above, for any injunctive relief relating to the access to, or use of, the Site including, without limitation, related services, you agree and hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, U.S.A.
Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated by Standard Process. Standard Process may terminate, restrict, or suspend all or part of your access to the Site, delete any submissions, or block communications, at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice to you and without any liability to you.
