The Lee Household Flour Mill is the very first electrically powered flour mill for home use designed by Dr. Royal Lee. By milling whole grains at home, the flour produced retains naturally occurring nutrients like dietary fiber, phosphorus, iron, thiamin, niacin and B6. Using Dr. Lee's unique grinding method, the mill efficiently reduces the entire grain kernel, including the bran, to fine flour without excess heat. Using a 1 horsepower motor, air current is used to move the grain across the stationary stone, creating fine flour that does not require sifting. Built entirely in the USA, the mill has been in production since the 1950s and is made to last. UL rated, 120 VAC, 60Hz, 746 watts, 7 amps.
