Each Serving Size (1 Tablet) contains: Calcium 20 mg, Sodium 20 mg. Proprietary Blend 190 mg: Bovine uterus PMG™ extract and magnesium citrate. Other Ingredients: Calcium lactate, cellulose, and calcium stearate.
