Sales Tax - Resale and Exemption Certificate Information

For your Standard Process orders to be exempt from sales tax, we are required to have resale or exemption certificate(s) on file for any state where your orders are shipped to, based on delivery address.
 
The fastest and easiest way to update your account is online. After logging into your Standard Process account, go to “Manage Tax Forms” and upload your document(s) for approval. If you are unable to upload your document(s), you can send them via email: taxinfo@standardprocess.com or fax: 800-438-3799. Please allow 24-48 hours for account changes to take effect.
 
Please note that certificates must be complete and valid (not expired). Certain states also require that we independently verify the information before accepting the certificate. We strongly encourage you to speak with a tax professional if you have further questions, as we are unable to provide tax advice.
